MEET THE FOUNDER
I’m Naome and I specialize in building data infrastructure and strengthening digital capacity to help mission-driven organizations better understand their programs and deepen their impact.
Over the years, I’ve worked across issue areas and have seen how the gap between technology implementation and day-to-day nonprofit operations can leave organizations feeling stuck and confused even after significant investments of time and money. My interdisciplinary background in technology, data, and strategy allows me to bridge this gap. I approach every project with a deep understanding of nonprofit culture and operations and the systemic inequities these organizations are combatting.
My first large-scale CRM implementation expanded Juvenile Justice programs across Massachusetts, doubling their impact. I’ve guided organizations through technology implementations that enabled rapid response and emergency service delivery. I’ve built data systems that directly translate to increased federal funding, larger donor bases, and more successful grant applications. These experiences allowed me to align technology with strategy in ways that produce measurable growth and sustainability.
My connection to this work is deeply personal. As someone whose family benefited from nonprofit services, I know the power these organizations have to change lives. This lived experience drives my commitment to making sure nonprofits have access to the tools and insights they need to thrive. I believe technology, when implemented with empathy, can amplify missions and unlock new possibilities for impact.
